Job Description

We are pursuing senior scientists with expertise in RDC drug discovery, development, and manufacturing, with a focus on coupled chemistry for cancer and oncology therapeutic directions.
To provide high-quality RDC drug research services to our clients successfully, candidates should have significant relevant CRO, CMO, or pharmaceutical company work experience. We can also consider collaboration through consultancy/part-time/partnership ventures for particularly outstanding experts.

This Role is
Responsible For

  • Supervise, mentor, and train other scientists within the drug development group on experiments related to RDC development.
  • Resolve and eliminate professional challenges that impede the RDC drug development process.
  • Ensure that projects are progressing and delivered on schedule.

Basic
Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in cellular biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry is preferred.
    Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of the scientific approach and clinical application of RDC based on chemical, medical, biological, and practical principles.
  • Extensive work experience (3+ years of work experience) with in-depth expertise in the RDC field and the ability to solve professional problems in the R&D process.
