We are looking for project managers who can actively contribute to the collaboration of RDC project services, including drug development and testing services for RDC.

This Role is
Responsible For |
- Support the development, implementation, and communication of global RDC project plans.
- Support cross-functional and global collaboration to integrate broad medical, scientific, and commercial input into development programs.
- Address customer needs and offer specialized technical support.

Basic
Qualifications |
- Ph.D. in biochemistry is preferred.
Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
- In-depth knowledge of the scientific approach and clinical application of RDC based on chemical, medical, biological, and practical principles.
- Demonstrate excellent cooperative behavior, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with teamwork environment and ability to communicate effectively.
